    Black Russian Terrier Rescue Information: Black Russian Terriers are larger dogs that have playful, curious temperaments. Black Russian Terriers become very protective as they mature. Black Russian Terriers only bark when there is a good reason. Black Russian Terriers, females especially, love to play with children. Black Russian Terriers do fine with other animals, are easy to housebreak, and are easy to train. Black Russian Terriers can live in an apartment if they get plenty of exercise.

    Black Russian Terrier Trivia: A Black Russian Terrier outside in the yard while its owner is inside the house will follow its owner from window to window until the owner lets the dog inside. The Black Russian Terrier was conceived as a less aggressive version of a German Shepherd. Black Russian Terriers are good at pulling carts.
